Read carefully Payment (per project) must be made in full before we start designing. Once the project has started but you request a refund, you can qualify for a $5 refund. The non-refundable portion is to cover our professional design services, consulting, and time spent working on the project. Once the final design is approved and delivered, there is no refund.
To start, we recommend emailing or chatting with us to see if you'd like to use our design services. If you decide to move forward with our design services, simply make payment and we'll contact you to discuss your vision for the ad, type of imagery you'd like, and the text / verbiage you'd want on your design. After this, you'll get your set of designs delivered to you in 24-48 hours.
